No Sun-day but still a PurpleMoon!

I'm hoping every Mom, Mom-to-Be, and all other "Mom" figures had a beautiful Mother's Day! My plans were to attend Church before anything else, but simply put, by the time I noticed the clock and started my mad dash to get dressed, the dreaded lag slowed my process and by the time I finally was able to get dressed, thanks to sl lag, I just didn't want to go strolling into River of Life any later than I normally arrive! 

I'm a bit nervous about this post. It's been awhile but I've decided to make a go at blogging again! Blogging fashion and destinations in sl was something I really enjoyed, and I'm hoping it will be a somewhat therapeutic, enjoyable, and new adventure..sort of like retail therapy is!

There have been many reasons why I've put it off: was away from sl too long, still don't have that awesome super powered pc that will give me those sleek, beautifully shadowed and gorgeous pics that bring out the best magazine like quality photos, etc etc. But I've decided to do it for myself the best I can and if other's like my posts, that will be an added bonus!

 My simple outfit was inspired by the dreary, wet, and cold weather here in my city...I just wanted to bring some sun into my Sunday and I chose a dress from PurpleMoon Creations, the beloved store that is unfortunately going out of business, but fortunately everything in the store is on sale for 50L!

The "Maureen" dress is a rich textured A-Line dress that flatters almost every figure and is also my favorite go to dress style in RL. It's available in several different gorgeous colors!

I topped it off with "Taren with Hat" hair from TRUTH.  It comes with a great hud full of colors for both the hat and the band and can also be worn without the hat.

These gorgeous "Rockstud T-Strap Pumps" that I love (but then again I love all things Gos Boutique), have been around for a minute but will never go out of style for me. These are the Black patent color that come in the Metallic Collection and has a HUD for the rest of the metallic colors.

Lastly, this darling little "Berloque Clutch" was sent out as a gift from JUMO Luxury Fashion House. They are currently having a great Mother's Day Fashion Hunt until 5/14, with the gorgeous hunt gifts being just 15L.
